Institute of Business Leadership is the non-for profit professional development initiative of the AKPsi Sigma Upsilon Phi chapter in the University of Manchester.Our fraternity holds the most distinguished speakers to share the most current industry trends and soft skills, helping us become the next generation of business leaders.

AKPsi brothers (UK), Alumni and Pledges are invited to participate in the Institute’s sessions.
Sessions are usually run live on Zoom twice a month for 60-90 minutes.

Certifiable

Attendance qualifies for Soft Skills Essentials certificate. You can get Silver Badge by answering two MCQ questions based on the seminar's contents.

To celebrate participants’ engagement with session’s materials we offer the Business Leadership Essentials badge and certificate program.

Badges are issued digitally and are verifiable so that they can be included in Licences and Certifications on LinkedIn Profile.

Silver Badge

We ask attending speakers to prepare two multiple-choice questions. To record attendance, you would need to answer just the first question. You would also need to answer the second (bonus) question correctly to get a silver badge.

You will also get Silver Badge for actively participating in the events organised by the Alumni Relations.

You may also get the Navy Blue and Gold award for attending a series of sessions
